- $55.00 AN HOUR (for each hour worked, which may be different than the hours you can bill). Hourly rate may vary depending on the project.
- TRAVEL TIME AND EXPENSES. The hourly rate applies to travel time and all expenses must be paid for by the customer (airfare, hotel, meals, gas, rental car, research costs).
- INVOICES. Invoices are due within 30 days of the invoice date. Invoices are sent out by e-mail and/or fax.
- QUICK PAYMENT PROGRAM. Five percent reduction in your invoice if it is paid within 10 days of the invoice date. Payments returned for insufficient funds do not receive the five percent reduction.
- REFERRAL PROGRAM. Five percent one time reduction in an invoice for each law firm or company you refer to EmployLegal and that law firm or company uses EmployLegal's services. (For example, if you refer five different law firms to EmployLegal and they use the services of EmployLegal, you will receive five separate five percent reductions. You will receive only one five percent reduction per invoice. Remaining reductions will be applied to future invoices. Any remaining five percent reductions not used by you as the customer are forfeited to EmployLegal and cannot be redeemed for any kind of monetary value.) Five percent reductions for referrals are valid for one year from the date of the referral.
- SPECIAL RATES. Special rates may be available for long-term projects. Contact EmployLegal to discuss your particular project.
- MAXIMUM REDUCTION. You can achieve a maximum 10 percent reduction per invoice if it is paid within 10 days of the invoice date and you referred a law firm or company to EmployLegal and that law firm or company uses EmployLegal's services.
